What is judging... If a parent punishes a two children for crying without
knowledge of the cause it is improper judging. However if a parent questions
the children to find who caused the incident and then levels appropriate
punishment it is judging properly. Judge bsed on facts and not speculation.
The verse from the Bible is… "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. Matthew 7: 1 Please take note of the second sentence... "For in the same way you judge
others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured
to you." Matthew 7: 1-2 It states that the way you judge - you will be judged… You must make judgments based on facts and not speculation...
because isn't that how you would want to be judged? If on the jury of a murder trial and part there is evidence
of murder by the defendant you can make the judgment that the defendant
is guilty based on specific facts. Would not you want to be judged based
on facts if on trial for murder and not be judged guilty by speculation… If your neighbor had been convicted and spent time in prison for dealing drugs, assault, rape and murder… You can make the judgment that you do not want this neighbor in near your family. You would be making a judgment based upon specific facts. However- most importantly, know that no one but God can judge someone's ultimate salvation. You are not God and therefore - cannot know the entire facts of someone's life, even that of a murderer. Unlike specific circumstances, salvation is based on the facts of an entire life and only God can know those facts. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10 Judge others based on the facts and the truth and you will be judged the same. This is judging Biblically and it is righteous judgment. Would you want to give your life in unselfish service to God and then be judged as a thief and murder? You have the God given right to judge based on fact. "For in the same way you judge others, you will
be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
