God does things that are incomprehensible
God does things
that are incomprehensible to us. He is infinite and we are finite. He
is the Creator and we are the creatures. His ways are higher than our
ways and His thoughts than our thoughts (Isa. 55:9).
We must clearly
understand this fact if we are going to have any peace of mind with regard
to the everyday happenings of life and God's control over this universe.
"Except the
Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord
keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain" (Ps. 127:1).
